Over the years they have built a solid and far-reaching community network which delivers great personal attention and strong support to friends, family and patients.
  
• Macular Degeneration Partnership provides comprehensive, easily understood and up-to-the-minute information about macular degeneration to patients and their families. We do this with education and support through newsletters, website, support groups and education forums about this leading cause of severe vision loss in people over the age of 60.
  

Both programs actively support researchers in their work to find the causes and a cure for these debilitating eye diseases.
